Adam co-founded and built Major Oak Consulting, a Management Consulting firm, which was acquired by Verint Systems in 2013. At Major Oak, he proudly developed a supportive, collaborative culture of high performing consultants that focused on exceeding client’s expectations every day. After negotiating a successful exit via acquisition, Adam led the Major Oak division of Verint’s Professional Services Group for 3+ years. Prior to Major Oak, Adam established the Management Consulting division of CherryRoad Technologies, and led large scale transformation, strategy and implementation projects for Fortune 500 companies. Adam’s career began in Finance and Process Transformation at Dun & Bradstreet, where his team received CFO magazine’s prestigious Reach Award for outstanding reengineering achievement.

Adam graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Delaware. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Jane, daughter Mckenzie and son Kyle. He enjoys traveling, cooking, photography and is an avid sports fan.
